Seamless steel pipes are manufactured from solid round steel billets without any welded seams through a comprehensive production process:

• Heating high-quality steel billets to high temperature
• Piercing the heated billet at the center using a rotary piercer to form a hollow tube
• Elongating and reducing the hollow shell to required dimensions through hot rolling processes
• Optional cold drawing or cold rolling for higher dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• Heat treatment including normalizing, quenching, or tempering to improve mechanical properties
• Surface treatments including black finish, pickling, phosphating, oiling, or painting
• Comprehensive inspection through dimensional checks, mechanical testing, and non-destructive testing

Packaging: container or bulk ship delivery, with standard export seaworthy packaging suitable for all transport modes or customizable as per requirements.
