Seamless pipe is a long strip of steel with hollow section and no joint around it. Features of seamless pipe include superior wall thickness economics, high pressure resistance, and excellent mechanical properties for demanding industrial applications.

Seamless steel pipes are widely used in industries that require high strength, pressure resistance, and reliable performance. Due to their uniform structure and absence of weld seams, they offer excellent mechanical properties and higher safety compared with welded pipes. They are commonly applied in oil and gas transportation, water supply systems, boiler and heat exchanger equipment, and pressure pipelines.

Seamless steel pipes are manufactured from solid round steel billets without any welded seams. The production process includes:

• Heating high-quality steel billets to high temperature
• Piercing at center using rotary piercer to form hollow tube
• Elongating and reducing to required dimensions through hot rolling processes
• Optional cold drawing or cold rolling for higher dimensional accuracy
• Heat treatment (normalizing, quenching, tempering) to improve mechanical properties
• Surface treatments including black finish, pickling, phosphating, oiling, or painting
• Comprehensive inspection through dimensional checks, mechanical testing, and non-destructive testing

Packaging: container or bulk ship delivery, with standard export seaworthy packaging suitable for all transport modes or customizable as per requirements.
