1 Color and pattern can be customized according to customer requirements. The coating thickness is usually 15-20um 

on the front and 810um on the back. The color standard is GB or RAL.

Coating types can choose

1. (SMP), the film has good hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, as well as good external durability and resistance to powder, gloss retention, general flexibility, medium cost.

2. (PE), good adhesion, rich color, wide range in formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, low cost.
3 (HDP), excellent color retention and uv resistance, excellent outdoor durability and resistance to powder, good adhesion of paint film, rich color, excellent cost performance.
4 (PVDF), excellent color retention and uv resistance, excellent outdoor durability and resistance to powder, excellent solvent resistance, good molding, dirty resistance, limited color, high cost.
